These terms govern your use of the Prediction Market Network website and iOS app. By using the service, you agree to them.
Prediction Market Network (PMN) is an editorial news publication covering prediction markets. We report on market movements and display probabilities aggregated from public prediction-market data. PMN is informational only: the service does not broker trades, accept wagers, hold funds, or provide trading, gambling, or investment services of any kind.
Nothing published by PMN is investment advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any contract or asset. Market probabilities shown on the service reflect third-party market pricing at a point in time and can change rapidly or be wrong. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on anything you read here.
Some features, such as saving stories, require an account. You can create one with an email address and password or through a supported sign-in provider (including Sign in with Apple and Google), and you are responsible for activity that happens under your credentials. You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting support; deletion permanently removes your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping at volumes that degrade it, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may limit or block access to protect the service and its users.
Articles, video briefs, and other editorial content on the service belong to PMN or its licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Polymarket, Kalshi, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners; PMN is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any prediction-market venue.
The service links to external websites, including prediction-market venues where real-money trading may be available to eligible users. Those platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms, and PMN has no control over and no responsibility for them. Eligibility to use any trading venue is between you and that venue, including any age or jurisdiction requirements.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for losses arising from reliance on published content or market data.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
